Ninth Child Saved!!!!!

It's unbelievable that within a 24 hour period, 1>0 has raised enough money to sponsor their 9th child during IOM's January rescue mission. There's more great news! Because of today's trunk show purchases and donations at Camp and Campus, in addition to the purchases and donations made on line and at Max and Gino's yesterday, the girls are close to sponsoring their 10th child!!!!!

The girls say it over and over that your support, whether it's a donation or purchase, is telling these children that they have not been forgotten. It's because of YOU that a child will receive that soft tap on the shoulder, by a rescuer, telling them that "It's over. Your nightmare is over and we have come to take you home." That $1 donation, 1 bracelet, 1 necklace, 1 article of clothing from the apparel line has given a child their life back.

Don't be fooled into thinking that a purchase of one bracelet cannot possibly make a difference in this world. The 1>0 girls have proven that it can.

Beyond Words!

The 1>0 girls are overwhelmed with the amount of additional support they have received since the airing of Martha Stewart yesterday. The purchases, donations and moving e-mails continue to inspire them.

The girls feel very strongly that they should continue to answer each e-mail personally. Please be patient and give them a couple of days to do so. It's evident, in the e-mails, that their message of 1>0 is spreading. More people, including many children and teenagers, are becoming part of the equation and helping to change the life of a child. You can too!
Keep spreading the word and telling everyone you know about this website.

The launching of the apparel line, in Max and Gino's of Merrick, was a tremendous success! Thank you to all who showed their support and purchased the clothing!

Visit the girls, tomorrow, at Camp and Campus of Great Neck. They will be there from 1 - 4pm. The address and directions can be found on this website.

Girls Save Their 8th Child!

It's official! The 1>0 girls have raised enough money to sponsor 8 children during IOM's rescue mission in January - a goal they set back in April when they began their journey as a charity together.

A huge thank you to Karen and Warren of Penny Auntie in Chappaqua. The girls raised over $1,000 selling their bracelets and necklaces in front of their store. The 1>0 clothing was flying off the shelves! Penny Auntie is an amazing store filled with unique gifts for kids of all ages and of course the 1>0 apparel line. The address and directions to this incredible store can be found on our website. The day was a huge success!

Thank you also to the Levy Lakeside PTA of Merrick, NY. The girls made close to $1,000 selling their bracelets and necklaces at the first ever Vendors' Night at Lakeside Elementary School - the school most of the girls attended. The 1>0 girls want to thank all the elementary teachers, parents and students for their support!
